On your Fitbit charge 5, Swipe down from the home screen and locate the Settings app. Next, Tap on the Settings icon. Now, Swipe up and locate the Device Info menu. Then, Tap on that device info menu option. Swipe up again and locate the Clear User Data option and Tap on it. Next, tap and hold the Hold 3 sec button to start resetting the procedure.
